Birthdate Eligibility
To be eligible for enrollment, children must meet the minimum age requirement for the class. Effective September 1, 2014, the State of California will require children to be five years old by September 1 to enter Kindergarten. To insure Trinity students are age appropriate when they reach Kindergarten, we have adopted a Birthdate Transition Plan. Beginning with the 2011-12 school year, Trinity adjusted the birthdate cut-offs across all of our classes, and will continue to adjust them each subsequent year until we are compliant with the 2014 state mandate.
Enrollment Priority Priority status applies to groups 1 - 3 only if Registration Forms are received by February 16, 2012.

Timeline
January 23 – February 8 Tours held Monday’s through Wednesdays for parents, by appointment only. Please contact the school office at TPNSNursery@aol.com and include your child's age, tour date preference and phone number.
- Twos / Threes: Tuesday's 10:30 am .......... (must be two years old by September 1, 2012)
- Threes / Fours: Monday's 9:30 am .......... (must be three years old by September 1, 2012)
- Pre-K: Wednesday 10:00 am ...... (must be four years old by October 1, 2012)
Thursday, February 16 Priority Registration Deadline (church members, NSMT members, current/former/alumni families). Forms must be received in the school office by this date. Registration forms received after this date will be processed after the New Family placements, including being placed on a waitlist if waitlists have been established.
Saturday, February 25 Open House, 10:00 am – 12:00pm Visit the Trinity campus and classrooms with children, meet Staff and Boardmembers.
Monday, February 27 8:00am New Family Registration begins Forms must be presented in person and will be processed on a first come, first served basis. (Office closes at 3:00) Forms will not be accepted before this date.
Week of March 12 Acceptance Letters and Enrollment Packets mailed If applicable, you will be notified of waitlist status.
Thursday, March 29 The last month’s non-refundable tuition is due to reserve your place.
Wednesday, April 18 Orientation Mixer 7:00 – 8:30pm
